Assembly video
The same assembly video applies to all supported models and versions.
Remove the original wheel
1. Turn the wheel over and remove the small rear screws.
2. Remove the six black front screws.
3. Carefully remove the wheel and disconnect the circuit board connector.
4. Remove the three screws to detach the circuit board assembly from the motor base.
Install the Quick Release adapters
5. Fit the nut and the Motor Base Side adapter to the motor base using the three screws removed in the previous step.
6. Fit the Wheel Side adapter to the wheel assembly using the three screws supplied in the kit.
Reassemble the wheel
7. Reconnect the green circuit board to the base.
8. Fit the centre cap and reinstall the six original black front screws. Do not overtighten the lower screws, as this can interfere with the lower buttons.
Important notes
- Check that the adapters are secure and the buttons move freely. Refit the rear screws removed at the start.
